Overview: The coronavirus pandemic is causing wide-spread anxiety, fear and stress. How do we tap into our resilience during these challenging times?
During this interactive and experiential workshop, we examine concepts related to resilience (Graham, 2013; Hanson, 2019) and stress-hardiness (Kobasa & Maddi, 1984; Maddi, 2004), experience resilience practices, and explore strengths and skills that help us cope skillfully and take care of ourselves and others.
