During this free interactive and experiential two-hour sessions, we’ll experience a variety of resilience practices
to help us cope and take care of ourselves and others.
Please join us and bringing you strength and resilience to our collective, as we are able to hold each other in our hearts while practicing physical distancing.
There is no charge for this session. If there is sufficient interest, the group can continue with a self-determined donation for participating.
